To complain about service and not paying back all of my rental receipts I turn in was not

Was not paid back for all of my rental was told because some parts were back ordered they were not responsive for the time even so kemper took 4 days to ok the parts and 2 weeks to finish ok the rest of parts and sending payment management does return calls your client hit me and you are responsible for full payment

9 months still cant get car paid for from Kemper!!

My husband Tommy Green, hit a Coyote last December 14th, 2022.

We are still without our 2020 Trax, 9 months and counting!! He has called and left message after message, day after day, week after week and month after month.

Our Claims Adjustors name is: Marana.. not sure of spelling.. she avoids his calls, ignores his messages, never returns calls. He's talked to her Supervisor, who makes promises, that never get done, then he avoids our calls and messages and wont return our calls.

Then my husband called and talked to his supervisor Shawn Nichols.. who also assured us that the payment for repairs would be made..

9 months, and still no car!!!

$1,700.00 owed to the car body shop in Paris, Texas. Juan's Automotive. We have bern patient...

and 9 months is way to patient.

Please... Please... Help us get this Claim settled with your Car Insurance Company.

My husband is a Disabled Veteran and i am Disabled as well... we need our car back!!!

Husband hit a Coyote on December 14th, 2022. We have been trying to get Kemper Insurance to pay for Car Repairs 9 months now!!

My husband calls the Claims Adjustor; Merana..

day after day. No Answer. He leaves her message after message, day after day, still no return call.

He's called and left messages with her Supervisor; Shawn Nichols day after day, week after week. He won't answer calls, he won't return messages.

They still owe $1700.00 on body repairs, they have had 9 months to pay for all the repairs...

we've done everything but hire a Lawyer...

That's our Next step...

$8000 we've paid out on a car, we cannot drive... or pick up from the Repair shop.

Good afternoon,

I have a big problem with my car and all the process that Kemper did it.

Today I was in Toyota for the next service 10.000miles. I could not did the service.

Im continue in the same status as a vehicle with no warranty because appear in my title a total loss/ salvage.

I received my car from the Bodyshop on March 2021, I received an answer from you about the warranty on June 2021. Its September and I dont have any answer about it.

Toyota corporation said that my insurance must contact Experian and let them know that my car was repair it. They have to take out the label salvage because it not was a total loss.

So in this moment my car continue with NO WARRANTY. If my car happened something I have to pay everything.

So I bought a car and m paying an insurance for what??

It was frustrating during 6 months without my car waiting for your SLOW payments to the Bodyshop.

Now Im driving a car with NO WARRANTY doing payment for a credit of 6 years plus the insurance.

How much more time do I have to wait?

I hope to receive an answer with a solution.

The person who takes care of my case, Kayla Busigo is the worst representative that Kemper have. Since the beginning of my accident until now. I was without a car for 5 months because she was very lazy to follow all steps.

I talked to change her for an other representative and it not was possible. Im really Frustrating with her and how take this case.

Renters insurance

I called to change addresses for it cause I move this week. Wanted to change and they told me you no longer do Colorado renters insurance.

I was never informed at all what so ever about it. I wanted to cancel and the transferd Mre and I was dropped and tried calling back and the options won't let me talk to someone to cancel. Plus I have car insurance through them as well and just not happy been a customer over a year.cant believe you wouldn't tell a costumers that you are no longer in the state and I found a better coverage for a better deal.

And still have a policy that I don't need. VERY UNHAPPY

As you know I had damaged to my car due to a collision caused by your negligent insured customer driving a Chrysler FL license 55AHAU.

I have been waiting patiently for a month to have a formal appraisal of my vehicle .

It has been an inconvenience not to have a car .

I did received a payment of $4506.9 in April 2022 . That estimate was based on viewing pictures, not actual physical inspection of the extend of the damages .

The result of this accident is such that the repairs will cost more than $10000 .

I have been informed that Kemper ins has a maximum cap of $10000 for repairs.

Im reaching out to you requesting the $5493.1 difference to settle this case .

Kemper is trying to squeeze money out of me for an old loan that was paid off. Now they are claiming that there are no records of it that I paid I have paper work and lots of it. What was the claim for? I don't even know and they probably don't either. I'm pissed cause I've been with this company for years and no problems until now. I have gotten people to sign up. And I get treated like this
